I provide compassionate, client-centered counseling rooted in trust and respect. My approach supports individuals in; building courage to navigate change, finding peace within themselves, and gaining clear direction toward meaningful goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to walk alongside you with care, insight, and steady support. Together, we can explore your goals—fostering emotional balance, healthier thought patterns, and meaningful change, while also reflecting on purpose, choice, and what brings fulfillment to your life. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where self-discovery can unfold, and growth can feel both safe and empowering.
I believe every person deserves respect and care for their mental and emotional well-being. As a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, military veteran, and longtime member of the workforce, I bring a deep regard for life’s challenges. While practicing at the Humanistic Wellness Center, I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. My education includes a Master of Arts degree in counseling, a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, and an Associates of Applied Science degree in human services. Grounded in faith and the healing power of therapy, I believe the right support often appears when it’s most needed.
